What does that mean?
At Legacy, we take responsibility for the safety of our drivers by identifying practices and attitudes that lead to safer driving. We then monitor and coach all drivers to become proficient in these practices. We understand that 94% of collisions are a consequence of a driver’s attitude or behavior. This means we could eliminate almost all crashes if commit to safe driving practices.
Creating a “crash-free” environment is no “accident”, it is achieved by:
- Ongoing growth and development programs
- Ride-alongs
- Video monitoring and coaching sessions
- Recognition of safe driving practices
- Online learning plans
